Returns And Exchanges

 

Return your purchase in a few simple steps. If for any reason you are not a completely satisfied with your purchase, Customers can submit a return request by logging into their customer account on TireChain.com, finding the order they wish to return and clicking the Return Items link. If you do not have a customer account, please e-mail customerservice@tirechain.com  with your order number in the subject for a RMA. Returns must be received by TireChain.com.com within 15 days of receiving the item. Returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking charge. The customer is in charge of the return shipping, in addition, the original outgoing shipping Charges will be deducted from purchase price. Chains must be returned in new, unused condition. No returns accepted without a Return Authorization.
